My intention for all the Yoga classes I guide, is for individuals to release stress and tension from the body and mind though gentle stretches, 
breathing exercises and meditation.
 I strive to provide guidance in Yoga that has variety, that is comprehensive, modified for all ages/fitness levels and is fun!!

ABOUT PEACEFUL YOGA STUDIO
The studio is a fully equipped yoga studio. Included are many blankets, bolsters, blocks, straps, chairs, pillows to help your practice be more comfortable for your body, to support it to facilitate a state of deep relaxation.
~PLEASE no glass containers and water only beverages in the yoga studio. Many participants have chemical sensitivities, so please refrain from wearing heavy perfumes.

NEW TO YOGA?
If you are new to yoga, some guidelines to help you in your practice:
~ Bring a yoga mat with you to class 
~ Wear comfortable clothes
~ It's best to practice yoga on an empty stomach (don't eat ahead of time - wait at least 3 hours after eating).
