ABOUT PEACEFUL YOGA
My intention for all the Yoga classes I teach, is for individuals to experience the wonderful, profound inner peace that Yoga brings - opening up body and mind for self-discovery on all levels.
Through gentle Yoga stretches, visualization, meditation and breath work, I strive to provide guidance in Yoga that has variety, that is comprehensive, modified for all ages/fitness levels and is fun!!
I am dedicated to keeping the classes I guide to honor the true intention of yoga that was founded thousands of years ago. Classes include many of the limbs of yoga.
Release stress and tension, calm and soothe your mind and body through the nurturing practice of Yoga!
ABOUT PEACEFUL YOGA STUDIO
The studio is a fully equipped yoga studio. Included are many blankets, bolsters, blocks, straps, chairs, pillows to help your practice be more comfortable for your body, to support it to facilitate a state of deep relaxation.

NEW TO YOGA?
If you are new to yoga, some guidelines to help you in your practice:
~ If you have a yoga mat, bring it with you. If not, I do have a few you can use as well as many blankets. (It is best to have your own personal yoga mat.)
~ Wear comfortable clothes
~ It's best to practice yoga on an empty stomach (don't eat ahead of time - wait at least 3 hours after eating).
